first doctor visit
For the record, he's not crying and that isn't his "poop face". Dr. Scanlan had just put the cold stethoscope on his chest. He quickly, and soundlessly, reverted to sleeping away.

what a brilliant, handsome, beautiful boy! i can't wait to meet des, but will wait until i am no longer under the weather.
until then, if you please, smell the top of his sweet head to confirm that he smells like a baby. heaven on earth, really.
